What are Balmora’s shipping options and delivery times?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Most U.S. orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 3–10 business days. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take 2–4 weeks. For expedited delivery, additional shipping options are available at checkout. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its journey every step of the way.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date you received it. Just make sure the item is in the same condition as when it arrived—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Are returns free?

Yes for all items shipped within the United States! If your return is accepted, we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label along with easy instructions on how and where to send your package. Exchanges for size or color are also free! Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Want to start a return, just click here.

Balmora e-gift cards are the super convenient and secure way to treat yourself (or someone special)! They can be delivered straight to the recipient’s email, and you can even add a personal touch with a message and pick the preferred delivery date. And you have 12 months to redeem them online on our site. No physical gift cards, just digital magic! But keep in mind that e-gift cards (and all digital products) aren’t returnable! How a pre-order works?

Ordering a pre-order item guarantees that you secure your desired size, style, and color of an in-demand item before it sells out again. Pre-orders are eligible for standard free shipping within the U.S. When your pre-order item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll ship it out within 2 business days. We make every effort to provide the most accurate expected ship date for each pre-order, which you’ll find on the product page, your order, in your cart, and at checkout.

Once a pre-order is placed, we can’t make any changes to the order or payment. For more details on pre-order payments, please click here. You’ll receive email updates on your pre-order, including an order confirmation, any changes to the expected ship date (if applicable), and a shipping confirmation once your pre-order item has been shipped.
